Job Summary

To support risk management and client service excellence, the full-time Georgia Licensed Commercial Lines Manager will manage key account servicing processes, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain strong client relationships in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver proactive account management and education to commercial Property & Casualty clients
• Manage renewals, endorsements, claims support, and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines
• Identify opportunities for revenue generation through cross-selling and account rounding initiatives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Lines Property & Casualty account management
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license
• Experience in insurance agency client service and account management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
