Seeking a Georgia Licensed Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with 7+ years of experience, this fully remote opportunity offers either part-time or full-time engagement, focusing on supporting attorneys with complex commercial real estate transactions for top developers and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Support attorneys in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, and leasing
• Act as the primary support for a busy partner, ensuring organization and attention to detail in all activities
• Manage transactions across various commercial real estate property types, contributing to client success

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate, preferably in Big Law or a boutique environment
• Proven experience with acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, and leasing
• Strong ability to manage complex transactions and provide high-level support to attorneys
• Outstanding references from previous employers in the legal field
• Demonstrated capability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting
