A company is looking for a Director, Corporate and Regulatory Compliance to oversee compliance programs and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Compliance team in monitoring, auditing, and reporting across various business lines
• Manage relationships with regulatory entities and ensure compliance with reporting and audit obligations
• Develop and implement compliance analytics processes and drive strategy to meet industry standards

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a healthcare compliance setting, including managerial experience
• 10+ years of experience with HIPAA Privacy
• 5+ years of experience applying state and federal health insurance statutes and regulations
• 5+ years of experience preparing and delivering reports to boards of directors
