Job Summary

To support the firm's operations, the remote Lateral Conflicts Attorney will review and analyze conflicts information provided by lateral candidates, identify potential conflicts, and facilitate resolutions while ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze conflicts information from lateral candidates in a timely manner
• Identify potential conflict issues and facilitate resolutions, including drafting necessary waivers and engagement letters
• Maintain accurate records of conflicts resolutions to ensure database integrity and assist in future conflict identification

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) with at least 3 years of legal experience and a valid license to practice law
• Prior experience in law firms or corporate legal departments is preferred
• Experience with conflicts analysis is strongly preferred
• Strong legal research skills and knowledge of ethics and conflicts best practices
• Familiarity with Intapp conflict checking and business intake software is a plus
