Job Summary
To support emergency department and inpatient teams, the fully remote Georgia Licensed Consult-Liaison Psychiatrist will provide high-quality psychiatric evaluations and consultations, requiring a minimum of 2 years of consult-liaison experience post-residency.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and consultations for patients across multiple hospital systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to enhance access to behavioral healthcare
- Supervise Nurse Practitioners as part of the consultative care process
Required qualifications:
- Active Georgia medical license
- Board Certification in Psychiatry
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Psychiatry Residency
- Minimum of 2 years of post-residency experience in Consult-Liaison Psychiatry
- Experience providing telehealth consultations in inpatient and emergency settings
