Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Specialist Contractor based in Georgia, US (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Complete and follow through on tasks assigned by the Brokerage Operations department and Designated Broker
• Perform contract review to ensure legal and contractual compliance of real estate transactions
• Communicate effectively with agents regarding document deficiencies and provide assistance

Required Qualifications

• Must be licensed and based in the state of Georgia
• Experience with real estate contracts within Georgia
• Ability to utilize company-provided tools and technology
• Familiarity with transaction management systems
• Experience in supporting compliance efforts with a Broker team
