Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance, and private equity transactions
• Represent publicly-traded and significant privately-held companies in complex corporate matters
• Engage in flexible work arrangements, including full-time or part-time schedules

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate experience at an Am Law firm, corporate boutique, or similar legal department
• Excellent academic credentials
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence
• Prior experience as an associate or counsel in a respected corporate practice group is preferred
• Outstanding references
