Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Securities Attorney for a remote engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist corporate clients with corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters
• Prepare SEC and state regulatory filings, including registration statements and annual reports
• Provide legal support related to proxy statements and Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of sophisticated legal experience
• Prior experience at an AmLaw 200 law firm or in a corporate legal department of a public company is preferred
• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school
• Outstanding references
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence
