Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, ethical, and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and provide appropriate resources and safety planning
• Maintain accurate documentation and multitask effectively while navigating multiple software systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ability to work a full 40-hour schedule and be available on weekends and holidays
• Secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace with a locking door and stable internet connection
• Emotional resilience and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
