Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Support Agent (P&C).

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
• Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding existing insurance policies and make necessary changes

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Passion for helping others
• Willingness to obtain a P&C license within 60 days of starting
• Availability to work specified hours including weekends
