Job Summary

Seeking a Georgia Licensed Customer Support Agent, the full-time remote role will manage inbound customer inquiries, process service requests related to insurance policies, and assist with policy changes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls from existing customers regarding their insurance policies
  • Process service requests, including adding/removing vehicles and drivers and sending policy documents
  • Work to retain policyholders by providing solutions for customers at risk of cancellation
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service
  • Willingness to obtain a P&C license within 60 days of starting
  • Strong understanding of insurance policies and coverages is preferred
