Job Summary
To support a growing fintech startup, the full-time Georgia Licensed Customer Support Agent will assist customers with insurance policy changes, process service requests, and answer inquiries while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers regarding insurance policies
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers
- Work to retain policyholders by providing solutions to at-risk customers
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Passion for helping others
- Willingness to obtain a P&C license within 60 days of starting
