Job Summary
To support a growing fintech startup, the full-time Georgia Licensed Customer Support Agent will assist customers with insurance policy changes, process service requests, and answer policy-related inquiries while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers regarding their insurance policies
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, and sending policy documents
- Work to retain policyholders by finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation
Required qualifications
- Georgia Customer Support Agent license (to be obtained within 60 days of starting)
- 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Passion for helping others
- Flexibility to work a 5-day, 8-hour schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour workweek
