Job Summary
To support a growing fintech startup, the full-time Georgia Licensed Customer Support Agent will assist existing customers with insurance policy changes, process service requests, and answer inquiries while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers regarding their insurance policies
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, and sending policy documents
- Work to retain policyholders by providing solutions to customers at risk of cancellation
Required qualifications
- Must possess a Georgia Customer Support Agent license or be willing to obtain one within 60 days of starting
- 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service
