Georgia Licensed Disbursements Supervisor

Job Summary

To support the Disbursement Manager, the full-time onsite Georgia Licensed Disbursements Supervisor will oversee the management and operations of Settlement Fund accounts, supervise team members, and ensure compliance with payment procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review performance data to measure productivity and ensure timely deliverables
• Manage team operations, provide training, and address issues related to payment procedures and fraud prevention
• Prepare reports and participate in the implementation of new projects as assigned

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years in a finance-related role, with 3+ years supervising a team
• Experience with Qualified Settlement Funds, Trusts, and/or Escrow Accounts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
