Job Summary

A company is looking for a License EAP Counselor - Remote - Second Shift with Differentials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide telephonic or onsite counseling for behavioral health and employee assistance services
  • Conduct assessments, triage, and develop individualized action plans using clinical modalities
  • Coordinate responses to high-risk situations and guide individuals to appropriate resources
Required Qualifications
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in a recognized behavioral health discipline
  • Current, unrestricted, independent behavioral health license in the state of residence
  • 2+ years of post-Masters experience in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
  • Familiarity with EAP services, including intake processes and crisis intervention protocols
  • Designated quiet workspace and access to secure high-speed internet in the home
