Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Education (Delivery).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute a cohesive delivery strategy integrating Education Delivery and Sales Enablement
• Lead collaboration with Revenue Enablement teams to align processes and tools across the customer journey
• Oversee the design and delivery of enablement programs for sales teams and customer-facing roles

Required Qualifications

• Experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or education delivery with a focus on delivery strategy initiatives
• Experience working in a matrixed environment
• Ability to interpret metrics for business planning
• Familiarity with sales technologies, CRM platforms, and learning management systems
• Experience in team building and leadership development is preferred
