Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employment Attorney with experience in labor and employment law.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on various employment law matters, including compliance with federal and state regulations
• Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and handbooks
• Assist in traditional labor matters and represent clients in employment-related disputes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an employment attorney
• Experience with Title VII, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, and wage and hour laws
• Preferred experience in a corporate law firm or as in-house counsel
• Licensed to practice law with excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
• Outstanding professional references
