Job Summary
Managing complex employment law cases, the full-time Georgia Licensed Employment Law Partner will advise clients, represent them in court, and supervise teams while contributing to the firm's growth and operational needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Advise clients on business transactions and legal rights, managing cases from inception to trial
- Conduct legal research and draft substantial legal documents, including briefs and pleadings
- Represent clients in court and administrative proceedings, analyzing laws and formulating case strategies
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in general liability/insurance defense
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in Georgia (additional states a plus)
- Experience in negotiations and mediations
- Strong analytical and research skills
