Job Summary

A company is looking for an Episode Assessment Coordinator/RN Home Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform prospective reviews of episode-related documents to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
• Consult with clinicians to clarify data integrity issues and assist in establishing patient care goals
• Coordinate episode planning and ensure accurate documentation for effective revenue cycle management

Required Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university or a graduate of an accredited RN program
• Three years of home health experience or additional credentials may be considered in lieu of experience
• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Certification in ICD-10 coding upon hire or testing date within 60 days, and OASIS C-2 certification within the first 9 months of employment
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing and five years of experience in home health agency operations
