• Facilitate the closing process, ensuring all signatures and funds are handled appropriately
• Prepare and review necessary real estate documents and settlement statements
• Maintain communication with all parties involved in transactions and provide feedback for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience closing residential purchase transactions in Georgia and Florida
• Complete knowledge of handling real estate transactions from contract receipt to funding
• Solid understanding of title insurance, regulatory guidelines, and real property law
• 5+ years of experience in the title industry, specifically in residential resale
• Proficient in closing software and Microsoft Office Suite
