• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and vendor agreements
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• JD and active bar certification; willingness to attain bar certification in Georgia
• Ability to bring existing e-Discovery processing and hosting business
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States
• Willingness and ability to stand, sit, and view a computer screen for extended periods
