Job Summary

To support business growth, the remote, part-time Fractional General Counsel will advocate for IST Management as a brand ambassador, collaborating with the executive sales team to network, organize events, and drive new revenue partnerships while advising on legal matters and managing contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Advocate for IST Management by networking with legal professionals and organizing events to generate new revenue partnerships
• Coordinate with the team to plan and execute outings, dinners, and entertainment functions
• Advise executives on legal issues and manage the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts and vendor agreements

Required qualifications

• Georgia Licensed General Counsel with an active bar certification
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States
• Strong network of legal professionals, including corporate general counsels and mid/large firm partners
• Experience in contract management and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Ability to support growth initiatives such as acquisitions and partnerships
