Georgia Licensed GL Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising a team of Accountants, the fully remote Georgia Licensed GL Supervisor will oversee the preparation and review of monthly Financial Statements for Condominium and Homeowners Associations while ensuring compliance with accounting principles and timely completion of tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily functions of the team, ensuring adherence to processes and quality standards in financial statement preparation
• Communicate with team and leadership to ensure deadlines are met and client expectations are fulfilled
• Provide ongoing training and performance evaluations for team members, addressing any issues affecting financial statement accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited institution
• Minimum of five years of general ledger accounting experience, with supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in property management, real estate, or residential management required
• CAM license and CPA certification are a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and strong organizational skills
