Job Summary
Engaging directly with clients, the full-time Georgia Licensed Health Benefits Associate will manage projects related to group medical, dental, and wellbeing benefits while providing superior client service in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and management of health and welfare benefits, ensuring adherence to project objectives and timelines
- Proactively advise clients on benefit plan analysis, design, and compliance while serving as the primary contact for day-to-day inquiries
- Support new business generation by participating in prospecting opportunities and mentoring junior colleagues
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in health and welfare plan design/management within a consulting or brokerage environment
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
- Strong analytical and creative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Desire and ability to expand relationships with current clients
- CEBS designation or relevant actuarial/underwriting training preferred
