Job Summary

Georgia Licensed Health Benefits Manager, this full-time position involves managing health and benefit programs, interfacing with clients and vendors, and contributing to project management and client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage health and benefits projects including design and administration of various benefit plans
  • Provide client support and facilitate meetings, ensuring quality service and deliverables
  • Conduct analyses, prepare reports, and engage with subject matter experts to address client needs
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience with health and welfare plans, preferably in a consulting or insurance environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality results on time and within budget
  • State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
  • Pursuit of CEBS designation or relevant actuarial/underwriting training encouraged
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
