Job Summary
Contributing to a variety of complex health and benefits projects, the full-time Health Benefits Associate Manager will manage projects, interface with vendors and clients, and ensure quality standards while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage core health and benefits projects, including group medical, dental, and wellbeing benefits
- Provide superior client service and support, addressing day-to-day service issues and facilitating client meetings
- Prepare benefit enrollment materials, conduct analyses, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with health and welfare plans, preferably in a benefit consulting or insurance underwriting role
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality results on time
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Pursuit of CEBS designation or relevant actuarial/underwriting training encouraged
