Job Summary

Contributing to a variety of complex health and benefits projects, the full-time Health Benefits Associate Manager will manage projects, interface with vendors and clients, and ensure quality standards while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage core health and benefits projects, including group medical, dental, and wellbeing benefits
  • Provide superior client service and support, addressing day-to-day service issues and facilitating client meetings
  • Prepare benefit enrollment materials, conduct analyses, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience with health and welfare plans, preferably in a benefit consulting or insurance underwriting role
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality results on time
  • State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Pursuit of CEBS designation or relevant actuarial/underwriting training encouraged
