Job Summary

Leading client engagements in the design and management of health and benefits programs, the full-time Health and Benefits Senior Director will drive strategy, grow client relationships, and participate in new business development activities in Atlanta, Georgia.

Key responsibilities

• Leading the client service team to ensure project plans meet established objectives, budgets, and quality standards
• Proactively advising clients and delivering superior client service while managing vendor procurement and optimization activities
• Growing Health and Benefits revenue by anticipating client needs and crafting solutions for new client pursuits

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in designing and managing complex health and welfare plans in a consulting or brokerage environment
• Strong financial skills with prior experience in health and welfare product pricing or underwriting preferred
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; high school diploma required
• CEBS designation or health and welfare actuarial or underwriting training desired
