Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Health Insurance Agent (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Make 150-200 outbound calls daily using an automatic dialer
• Achieve a conversion rate of 20-35% on sales
• Work with low-income, elderly, and veteran demographics

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must have an active resident Healthcare license in the state of residence
• 2+ years of Medicare Sales Experience for Senior Healthcare Rep or 1+ year of Healthcare Sales Experience for BPO Sales Agent
• Experience in a high sales-driven and performance-driven environment
• Empathetic attitude and desire to grow with the company
• Outbound calling experience is preferred; some inbound experience is acceptable
