Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Health Insurance Agent (Remote) with an active health insurance license.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 150-200 outbound calls daily using an automatic dialer
• Achieve a conversion rate of 20-35% on calls
• Work with low-income, elderly, and veteran demographics in a high sales-driven environment

Required Qualifications

• Active resident healthcare license in the state of residence
• 2+ years of Medicare sales experience (for Senior Healthcare Rep) or 1+ year of healthcare sales experience (for BPO Sales Agent)
• Experience with mostly outbound calls, with some inbound experience acceptable
• Comfortable leaving voicemails
• Empathetic and motivated to grow within the company
