Key Responsibilities

Assist individuals in understanding their coverage and selecting appropriate health insurance products
Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales through inbound and outbound calls
Upsell products and complete sales or renewals of health plans to meet customer needs

Required Qualifications

Current health insurance license in the state of residence
Minimum six (6) months of sales experience
