Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, a Georgia Licensed Health Insurance Agent will assist clients in understanding their coverage options and selecting appropriate products while managing inbound and outbound calls to build customer relationships and ensure a smooth application process for Medicare consideration.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls to help individuals understand their health insurance coverages and make informed decisions
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and assist with the workflow of Medicare applications
• Build and maintain customer relationships, demonstrating compassion and earning trust

Required qualifications

• Active Health or Health & Life Insurance License in Georgia
• At least one year of previous sales experience, preferably in insurance sales for individuals under 65
• Ability to securely enroll clients into appropriate medical plans
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency with desktop computer systems and typing skills of at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
