Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health and Benefits Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project management and serve as the primary contact for clients
• Advise clients on benefits design and management while ensuring compliance
• Support benefit enrollment and contribute to cost-saving strategies

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in health and welfare plan design/management
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
• CEBS designation or related actuarial/underwriting training desired
• Experience in a consulting or brokerage environment preferred
• Ability to build and expand client relationships
