Job Summary

To support a growing remote team, the Healthcare Customer Service Representative will provide excellent customer service and patient support, verify patient information, and assist with prescription benefits while working full-time hours from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to patients regarding their prescription benefits
  • Verify patient information and gather medical billing details during inbound and outbound calls
  • Operate in compliance with Federal Health Care Program guidelines
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent call center experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and patient privacy practices is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
  • High-speed internet with a wired connection is mandatory
