Job Summary

To support a growing remote team, the part-time Georgia Licensed Healthcare Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service and patient support, verify patient information, and assist with prescription benefits inquiries.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to patients regarding their prescription benefits
  • Verify patient information and gather relevant billing and medical data
  • Answer inbound calls and perform outbound calls as necessary to assist patients
Required qualifications
  • Must have 1 year or more of recent call center experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and patient privacy practices is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Must live in Georgia to qualify for the position
  • High-speed internet with a wired connection is mandatory
