Job Summary
To support a growing remote team, the part-time Georgia Licensed Healthcare Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service and patient support, verify patient information, and assist with prescription benefits inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to patients regarding their prescription benefits
- Verify patient information and gather relevant billing and medical data
- Answer inbound calls and perform outbound calls as necessary to assist patients
Required qualifications
- Must have 1 year or more of recent call center experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and patient privacy practices is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Must live in Georgia to qualify for the position
- High-speed internet with a wired connection is mandatory
