Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Rep II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage policy-related tasks including billing, member information updates, terminations, and ID card orders
  • Provide accurate information on benefits, assist with prior authorizations, and conduct provider contact research
  • Handle claims inquiries, status updates, and assist with claims reconsideration requests
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least two years of experience in claims examination, health insurance, or customer service
  • Solid understanding of healthcare terminology, including ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding
  • Must be able to clear a criminal background check
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work independently
