Job Summary

To support a dynamic recruitment organization, a Georgia Licensed Healthcare Recruiter will manage the full recruitment process remotely, ensuring the selection of highly qualified candidates while partnering with hiring managers to identify specific hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Establish minimum qualification standards and job-offer parameters before posting positions
• Utilize an applicant tracking system to review applications, conduct interviews, and manage candidate schedules
• Build and maintain relationships with quality candidates to create a pipeline of talent

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• One (1) year of high-volume recruiting experience; 5+ years preferred
• One (1) year of experience with applicant tracking systems; 3+ years of Taleo experience preferred
• Experience in healthcare recruiting is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is helpful
