Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Healthcare Representative to assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding member insurance plans and healthcare services
• Assist members with appointment scheduling and finding primary care physicians
• Provide detailed reviews and process change requests for member accounts

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
• Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency with multiple systems
• Open availability between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week
• Must reside in the state of Georgia
