Job Summary
Supporting school administrators, the full-time Georgia Licensed High School Registrar will manage enrollment and withdrawal processes, maintain student records, and facilitate communication with stakeholders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Maintains and organizes school records, ensuring compliance with state Department of Education requirements
- Processes requests for student records from external agencies and conducts regular file reviews for accuracy
- Communicates with parents and school personnel while upholding confidentiality and compliance with FERPA
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to pass required background check
- Demonstrated organizational skills and knowledge of systematic filing procedures
- Proficiency in using web-based database programs for educational information management
