Job Summary
Offering autonomy and full administrative support, the part-time Independent BCBA (1099) will focus on clinical care, conduct assessments, and design treatment plans while working remotely in Georgia.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct robust functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs, ensuring high fidelity in treatment implementation
- Utilize data analysis to monitor client progress and adjust intervention plans as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active Georgia LBA strongly preferred
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Strong desire for autonomy and ability to manage an independent schedule
- Comfortable using technology for telehealth supervision and digital data collection
