Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney-Represented Bodily Injury Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and confirms facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, and damages
• Handles investigations regarding all aspects of advanced auto claims with discretion and independence
• Evaluates and negotiates basic to moderate injury claims while identifying customer needs

Required Qualifications

• Experience in handling complex claims, preferably in bodily injury
• Advanced understanding of insurance policies and industry practices
• Ability to exercise discretion and independence in decision-making
• Knowledge of subrogation and fraud potential
• Experience at the Adjuster II level or in a specialty position is preferred
