Job Summary

To ensure proper utilization of health services, the remote Georgia Licensed Inpatient Care Management Nurse will perform initial and concurrent reviews of inpatient cases, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and facilitate timely care and discharge planning in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Perform initial and concurrent review of inpatient cases using evidence-based criteria
• Collaborate with facility healthcare professionals to obtain plans-of-care and discuss cases
• Identify delays in care and manage them with the Medical Director while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of residence
• 1+ years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and clinical platforms
• Designated workspace with secure high-speed internet access
