Job Summary

To support a high-performing commercial property and casualty team, the full-time Georgia Licensed Inside Broker will manage a book of business, providing technical expertise and customer service while negotiating and securing coverage in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Market, quote, negotiate, and bind new and renewal commercial casualty business
• Analyze submissions to identify appropriate markets, pricing, coverage, terms, and conditions
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and existing carrier partners while building new carrier relationships

Required qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty license and/or Surplus Lines license
• 5+ years of wholesale insurance brokerage experience
• Strong background in Commercial Casualty placements
• Experience handling high volume, fast-paced brokerage workflows for large, complex commercial casualty accounts
• Proven negotiation skills with insurance carriers and wholesale markets
