Job Summary

Seeking a Georgia Licensed Inside Broker, the full-time Senior Inside Broker will manage a high volume of commercial casualty placements, leveraging market knowledge and negotiation skills while working remotely or in a hybrid setup out of Atlanta or Boca Raton.

Key responsibilities:

• Market, quote, negotiate, and bind new and renewal commercial casualty business
• Analyze submissions to identify appropriate markets, pricing, and coverage
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and carrier partners

Required qualifications:

• Active State Property & Casualty license and/or Surplus Lines license
• 5+ years of wholesale insurance brokerage experience
• Strong background in Commercial Casualty placements
• Proven negotiation skills with insurance carriers and wholesale markets
• Experience handling high volume, fast-paced brokerage workflows
