Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Georgia Licensed Insurance Representative will manage high call volumes, address inquiries and complaints, process insurance endorsements, and ensure customer satisfaction in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly while utilizing various software applications to resolve issues
- Process insurance endorsements and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Provide product information and support, aiming for one-call resolution and maintaining performance metrics
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; proficiency in reading, writing, and math skills
- Minimum one year of call center experience or two years in customer service
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to learn and navigate customer service software applications effectively
- Must secure and maintain a Property and Casualty Insurance License in Georgia
