Job Summary

To support a growing team, the temporary Remote Licensed Insurance Support Specialist will manage inbound calls related to life, health, property, and casualty insurance, requiring a Property & Casualty AND Life and Health Producer License, with the potential for a permanent position based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding various insurance products
• Provide exceptional customer service and conflict resolution support
• Maintain a distraction-free work environment and adhere to training and operational requirements

Required qualifications

• Property & Casualty AND Life and Health Producer License
• Preferred 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must reside in Georgia and be at least 18 years old
• Open availability during operating hours is essential
