• Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of commercial contracts and technology agreements
• Provide legal guidance on SaaS, cyber security, reseller agreements, and professional services
• Collaborate with clients to ensure compliance and address legal issues in technology transactions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of technology and commercial contracts experience
• Significant experience with complex technology transaction agreements
• Prior experience at a corporate law firm, sophisticated boutique firm, or in-house with a major company preferred
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence
• Outstanding references
