Job Summary

Providing analytical and process support, the full-time Senior Analyst, Laboratory Information Systems will evaluate user requirements and enhance the Cerner LIS system while collaborating with various departments and managing system concerns in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Test the Cerner system for configurations and new releases prior to implementation
• Identify and manage application errors and system enhancement requests
• Communicate system changes to end users and assist with training staff

Required qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of system-related support experience
• Minimum three (3) years of healthcare experience
• Bachelor's degree in medical technology or four (4) years of LIS support experience
• Medical Lab Scientist Certificate or equivalent certification required
• High School Diploma or GED required
