Georgia Licensed Laboratory Analyst
Job Summary
Providing analytical and process support, the full-time Senior Analyst, Laboratory Information Systems will evaluate user requirements, manage system configurations, and enhance the Cerner LIS while working remotely and rotating on-call for system issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Test and validate the Cerner system configurations, customizations, and new releases prior to implementation
- Identify and manage lab orderables, application errors, and system enhancement requests
- Communicate system changes to end users and assist in training staff on the Cerner system
Required qualifications:
- Minimum two (2) years of system-related support experience
- Minimum three (3) years of healthcare experience
- Bachelor's degree in medical technology or four (4) years of LIS support experience
- Medical Lab Scientist Certificate or equivalent certification
- High School Diploma or GED required
