Job Summary
To manage complex and high-exposure bodily injury claims, the fully remote Georgia Licensed Large Loss Adjuster will oversee large loss claims nationwide, including catastrophic injury cases, while also addressing challenging low-limit policies primarily in East Coast jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs file reviews for complex projects or litigation cases, analyzes data, and reports findings
- Grants settlement authority on highly complex claims exceeding established limits and provides recommendations for trial cases
- Offers discretionary referrals on coverage issues and approves Closed Without Payment requests for disputed liability cases
Required Qualifications
- Valid Georgia adjuster license with a specialization in large loss bodily injury claims
- Extensive experience managing complex bodily injury claims, including catastrophic cases
- Strong understanding of insurance policies and coverage issues related to high-exposure claims
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and practices in East Coast jurisdictions
