Job Summary

To manage complex and high-exposure bodily injury claims, the fully remote Georgia Licensed Large Loss Adjuster will oversee large loss claims nationwide, including catastrophic injury cases, while also addressing challenging low-limit policies primarily in East Coast jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs file reviews for complex projects or litigation cases, analyzes data, and reports findings
• Grants settlement authority on highly complex claims exceeding established limits and provides recommendations for trial cases
• Offers discretionary referrals on coverage issues and approves Closed Without Payment requests for disputed liability cases

Required Qualifications

• Valid Georgia adjuster license with a specialization in large loss bodily injury claims
• Extensive experience managing complex bodily injury claims, including catastrophic cases
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and coverage issues related to high-exposure claims
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and practices in East Coast jurisdictions
